I've been seeing Dr. Olsen for a couple years now. When I first met him.. I was a mess lol. He's helped me facilitate my goals and gave me the tools/skills needed. He's hilarious. I think the cold, unempathetic vibes reviewers have gotten from Dr. Olsen just don't understand his dry humor. Moreover, give the medications a chance. I get thinking maybe you should be on a specific medication etc. however, you'll live. There was one symptom Dr. Olsen and I were trying to manage. There were multiple med/dose changes to find the best fit. It was worth it. Just a reminder, psychiatric meds don't cure, they help alleviate symptoms. Keep that in mind. Your psychiatrist, counseling, and checkups w your primary care physician will help you achieve whatever goals you have, just as long as you put in the work, ok?
