I been going to this practice for approximately 15 years! I had Dr Fuller who saved my life. He retired and Dr Neiner took his place.. He was very clearly and explained everything to me. I have an auto immune disease called wegners gramutitus which is a rare disease . The disease ate my nose and it was collapsed. He did sinus surgery and put a tube in my right ear. I was having problems breathing cause I had no way to breathe with it collapsed and they said the oxygen wasn’t getting to my brain so I couldn’t function so I was in bed for month no way I could function it was horrible! After Dr Neiner did the surgery and tube. He told me it was a medical issue not cosmetic! He then had me go to USF for a consultation with 2 Drs one to do surgery and clear out all the infection in my forehead Dr. Mark Toman did a great job and said the had a Dr Julia Toman that does sinuses and plastic surgery never knew I could have it done. They were able to do both took 7 hrs went home same day! Thxs
