I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR.CARTER. HE IS A VERY ATTENTIVE CAREGIVER, I RECENTLY HAD SURGERY AND HE ALONG WITH THE SURGICAL TEAM WERE AWESOME. EVERYTHING HE TOLD ME TO EXPECT HAPPENED AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. PLEASE EXCUSE MY CAPS I'M VISUALLY IMPAIRED.
