I don't know about office environment, but Dr. Kremer gets five stars for stepping in, without hesitation, without regard to his own safety, during an emergency situation in a parking lot when my partner was pinned between two cars and bleeding profusely. He quite probably saved my partner's foot or leg and possibly his life. There just are not enough words of thanks to him and his wife for the selfless action and emergency knowledge he exhibited while off duty just trying to go shopping.
