Dr is great, office staff is horrendous and awful. I don't think doctors realize their office staff is their face to prospective patients and to the world. From their rude notes to the language used on their forms it's obvious there's no guidance and they are free to do as they please, not the smartest way to do things. On top of that I have just found out they dropped their contract with my insurance without noticing me and expect me to pay out of network rates, really shady billing practices

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
