Dr.Jaskamal Kahlon has been my cardiologist for over a decade. He is absolutely the best cardiologist. Last summer he saved (extended) my life. In May during a six-month echo follow up appointment I mentioned that I had lost significant stamina and endurance. He determined that I needed my aortic valve replaced. On May 31st during the heart catherization to determine if TAVR could be used, he discovered that my left coronary artery (Widow Maker) was 85% blocked. He implanted a medicated stent. On July 19th TAVR was performed. I feel great.I learned with my condition without the valve replacement my life expectancy was two to four years. I had no idea that my life was in danger. At 79 years of age,I just figured loss of stamina and endurance was part of the aging process.
