A few weeks ago my son was injured while doing hurdles at school. We went to our primary doctor who did X-rays and couldn’t find any breaks. So he gave my son a walking boot and sent us on our way. However, my son could still not put any weight on his foot and that really concerned us. We ended up going to Dr. Townson for a second opinion. He took additional X-rays and noticed that there was not only a small fracture, but his foot was also dislocated in a very rare place. He was able to set it while keeping my son calm. He also had him in a cast for a few weeks to be sure it healed properly. We are SO grateful he found out the true issue before it got worse!! Highly recommend this doctor. He was fantastic.
