First and foremost, one can be assured of safe and effective care, and there has never been any doubt or concern, as sometimes occurs with medical practitioners. Dr. Luu presents with the confidence of a well educated and trained physician; he also demonstrates care and concern for his patients and strives to deliver the best possible outcome for his patients. He is to be commended for his care and any patient would find themselves lucky to have chosen him for their doctor.
