From my consult through my post-op I have been very happy with Dr. Chappell and his office. Their response time and helpfulness before my surgery was quick. On my surgery day all the nurses were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Chappell himself has extensive knowledge of his field, excellent bedside manner, and so far I am thrilled with the results of my surgery!
