I have always had good communications with Doctor Cotton and his nurse Rena. After reading his bad reviews, I think his accent throws people being he is from Mississippi and she is from Tennessee. They hear that southern draw and autamitacly judge you by the accent and think you are dumb. Happens all the time to me. I am actually dumb, LOL (NOT) They are great people and very inteligent.............
