Dr Mootabar is one of the smartest and kindest OBGYN's we have visited. Not to mention he is hilarious and refreshingly human. Sometimes you double-take at what comes out of his mouth, but he is so genuinely caring that it would be impossible to take offence. This man is definitely one of a kind, and should be treasured. One downside is that his Mt Kisco office will make you wait sometimes over an hour past your scheduled time before they see you
