After consulting with 3 oculoplastic surgeons and hesitating to do the surgery, within the first few minutes of my consult with dr Moore, I decided that I was going to do it because of his confidence and bedside manner. Today I had my surgery at Barnet and Dulaney and am extremely happy and grateful. The entire staff , beginning from dr moore , dr Kevin , the nurses and their staff were awesome I am grateful to all of them!
