Dr. Kwan is a straight-shooting professional with absolutely top-notch surgical skills. He is honest to a fault and will go out of his way to make any interaction with him and his staff the very best it can be. He is quite selective when choosing patients to operate on in order to achieve the very best outcome possible. Hands-down the best the city has to offer.
