Dr Wigfall has been apart of my son’s neph team at Duke since my son began requiring care 5 years ago. He has seen our family through kidney failure, dialysis, transplant and transplant follow up care. We love all our doctors at Duke but Dr Wigfall especially has spent a lot of time forging a special connection with our son whose autism and medical trauma make relationships with doctors difficult. We highly recommend him for his expertise and excellent bedside manner with kids.
