Dr. Cheng is à remarkably gifted, personable physician, who has the unique ability to make you feel listened to and cared about. Our consultations have typically extended well beyond the amount of his time I might reasonably have expected him to devote to my case, and his recommendations have always gone to the heart of my back and neck pain problems. In short, Dr. Cheng understands people and pain.
