I was unhappy with some signs of aging such as chin sagging and lip lines. I knew I had to be looking older when people kept calling me 'ma'am'! So I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hecht for a consultation. His staff followed up with me at every turn from scheduling to post-procedure. Dr. Hecht was patient and thorough in answering my questions and his entire staff was always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He managed my expectations brilliantly informing me what to expect immediately post-surgery and the weeks that followed. His surgical skills are amazing. The incisions are well hidden and are healing well. I couldn't be happier with my results. I'm told I look 15-20 years younger! The results are very natural and don't have that overdone, windblown look some people get from having cosmetic surgery. I look rested and relaxed. As a bonus, people have been calling me 'miss' rather than ma'am! I highly recommend Dr. Hecht!
