I’m so grateful for Dr. Mote and the staff at Cornerstone Health. I spent a lot of time and money trying to find a functional medicine practitioner that was right for me. Dr. Mote has a unique valuable background that made him stand out above the rest. He was a chiropractor, then got his D.O., and now practices functional medicine. In my opinion, he uses a perfect mix of holistic natural approaches mixed with conventional treatments (when necessary) to help heal and resolve the root causes instead of treating the symptoms. You can tell he has a passion for learning and cares so much about his patients. He is always studying the latest information and evolving the treatment plans and protocols as he learns. His open mindedness and cutting edge continuing education are attributes that I’ve never found with any traditional doctors in my past. Everyone in the office is warm, kind, and always helpful. I really trust Dr. Mote and can’t recommend highly enough!
