This Physician SAVED AND CHANGED MY LIFE. I was his patient for MANY YEARS. I was a young (free spirited) teenager with severe Crohn’s disease in the mid 80’s. I had several major surgeries. I’ll never forget his compassion and kindness. He would always encourage me. I was devastated when he accepted his new job. I cried for 3 days. He left his hospital ID and a monogram white handkerchief on my hospital pillow. I cannot THANK HIM ENOUGH! He literally told me I could do anything if I put my mind to it, and that he believed in me. I’m now a retired Hospice nurse and I worked in GI surgery center for 10 years before that. He’s a awesome human being and I WAS BLESSED TO KNOW HIM!!!
