I am generally a poor patient and try to avoid medical clinics until I have to be there. As I am from Maine, I needed to see a doctor and ended up at BI Urgent Care/Dedham. I left amazed and grateful for their competence and care. This is a first rate service, the staff was friendly, motivated and capable. For a Sunday morning, you'd think this was all in a day's work. I was roomed ahead of my appointment, saw the tech for vitals, a nurse tagged in for more info, said the dr. would be in shortly. Shortly turned into about five seconds. Dr. Masser was bright and sunny, quickly handled my issue, gave succinct guidance and had a warm, friendly manner. The paperwork was easy, the appointment super efficient. This is a top notch organization and BI should be justifiably proud of what they have created. Thank you Beth Israel, Dr. Masser and the staff of BI Urgent Care/Dedham.
