I live in New York City and was having nosebleeds while visiting a friend in La Jolla, CA. Doctor Chang and her staff worked me into her busy schedule during the week of my visit. Dr. Chang carefully listened to me when I told her my symptoms. She cauterized my nostril. As I was leaving the office, I had another nosebleed. Her staff observed me and asked me to wait in the office until it stopped, which I did. The next morning I had another bleed and called her office early and left a message. Allen, Dr. Chang's assistant called me to ask for details and then called back later in the day to give me instructions from the doctor for my flight home. I have not had a nosebleed since. Thank you, Dr. Chang, and to your staff for your care and concern.
