I've never felt so comfortable with my quality of care as I have with this provider. She listens and spends all her time talking with me about my concerns and any diagnosis I've been told about. She isn't busy inputting information into my chart as this clinic has what they call a Scribe that enters all things needed into each patients digital medical record. The entire staff are awesome to talk to and very helpful! OAK ST. HEALTH is changing healthcare for seniors to what healthcare should have been long before now! I encourage seniors on any Medicare type plan to at least give them a call for what is called their WELCOME VISIT at no cost. You get a tour of the facility, meet the staff and have a visit with a provider. You don't even have to change your primary care provider until you're certain you want to start going to Oak Street Healthcare.
