Christine is fantastic. She is always straightforward and honest but in a caring way and it is/was exactly what my codependent butt needed to hear. She helped generate concrete ways to meet my mental health goals and was a perfect blend of empirically proven therapy strategies while not being shy about discussing medicinal options as well. I would not be who I am without her.
