I've lived with bad memories from past abuses. Let these control my thoughts, behaviors, attitude, life decisions, etc. My first visit with Christina helped me take back control. For the first time I truly enjoy life without my mind playing games and trying to tear me down. Not your typical counseling where hash out memories and emotions only to leave feeling worse than when arrived. I left the meeting feeling a new lease on life. I have learned how to control my life, not my life or others control me. Thank you Christina :)
