My second child was much more difficult to handle than my first. Every child is different, my husband and I knew this. But, we needed help in figuring out ways to deal with my daughter's behavior later realizing that her negative behavior attributed to her having anxiety. I had no idea that a child at the young age of 4 could have anxiety and Dr. Hart helped us as a family work together in handling those moments when my daughter was acting out and how to handle her anxiety. Not only did she help my daughter by being someone she could trust and confide in but, she helped my husband and I change how we reacted to my daughter's behavior during these times when she was acting out because of her anxiety. The dynamic in our household has improved dramatically. My daughter looks forward to her sessions with Dr. Hart. She is very kind, patient and knowledgeable and we highly recommend her. I feel like I learned a lot about my parenting and have changed how I handle things for the better.
