Dr. Shao has been my Dr. for the past 6 years. Even when I moved out of state and was transferred somewhere else, she always kept in contact to make sure that there were no gaps in my treatment plan. I never felt rushed in my appointments (which is unheard of in today's medical care), and she took the time to really listen to what I had to say. She is the hardest working medical professional I know. I hate that you're leaving, I will truly miss you.
