Dr. Tsai is kind, knowledgeable and very professional. He always greeted me with a smile and was very patient in answering all my questions. The surgery he performed was very successful and caused my vision, after cataract surgery, to be almost completely resolved to normal. I would recommend him as a 10 out of 10. I am very thankful to have him as my retinal doctor.
