Dr. Lau is awesome. I look forward to my appointments with him, he always takes the time to work on my back which my other doctor never did. He's very understanding and doesn't try to make decisions about my medication for me (like my old pain doctor did which is why I left). Sometimes I have to bring my toddler to appointments and he can be really annoying but Dr. Lau has never complained he's always nice to my little one. Everyone in office is nice and wait time is exceptionally short.
