I was very impressed with Dr. Lee. He was extremely knowledgeable but also very open to listening and learning. My son has a rare disease that affects treatment of his injury, and often providers pretend to know more about it than they actually do. But Dr. Jay Lee didn't show any of that arrogance. He clearly knew about related disorders and precautions needed for them, and was open to listening and learning about this specific disorder. He then thoughtfully put together a plan for my son. He was attentive to me, the parent, while also making my son, who is 18, the valued shared decision maker. I feel confident putting my son in his care.
