Patient Reviews
Apr 01, 2021
Dr Armstrong saved my life, perhaps literally, certainly figuratively. I consulted him regarding a LARGE inguinal hernia that I had ignored for 10+ years. It had become extremely uncomfortable, almost debilitating, protruding noticeably from my lower abdomen, descending deeply into the scrotum. (Sorry to be graphic but I want others with fear of "untreatability" to have hope.) My guts were literally falling out and attempting to pull my kidneys with them. When the pain precluded any more procrastination I finally sought out Dr Armstrong. His 1st words during my examination were: "I can fix that, I love big hernias." And fix it he did. On 8/4/20 Dr Armstrong performed open abdominal surgery at Buffalo Mercy Hospital. The staff was great and the surgeon was even greater. No post surgical pain--I only needed 1 pain med that afternoon--and only minor discomfort during healing. 8 months later and I'm fine, good as new. THANK YOU Dr Armstrong. This testimony is overdue, but so deeply felt.
