The receiving area is well appointed and the staff was friendly and efficient. The waiting area for the lab bright and comfortable. Lab techs were careful & thoughtful with their sticks. The wait time to be called to the exam room could be a little shorter but realize that depends on patients ahead and doctors giving their best personalized care. The actual visit with my doctor was pleasant. He explained lab results and my condition in easy to understand terms and explained my treatment plan equally well. I left with a great opinion of Texas oncology feeling that I was as important to the service as anyone else being seen that day. Good job, Texas Oncology!
