Dr. Massicott is the best internal medicine doctor I have had. He treats me with respect and actually listens. He's taken some strange issues quite seriously and helped me work through them, where other doctors just sort of gave up when they couldn't figure it out. He also admitted when he was outside of his expertise, and took the time to read and explain stuff as we were figuring it out. He's also a really nice guy and makes you feel relaxed. He's very supportive, and seems genuinely excited and happy when things go well. When I made some positive lifestyle changes, he was clearly overjoyed, and he asked what worked for me so he could recommend it to other patients. Great listener, great doctor, great guy. Would definitely recommend.
