I was taken back right after checking in. Doctor Grover came into see me right after the nurse left. Dr. Grover is a rarity in her field. She gives the patient time to talk. She actually listens to what I say and cares about my quality of life. She collaborates with my other healthcare providers and is always quick to respond to messages on the portal. Medical Students are taught this saying, 'if you hear hoof beats, think horses not zebras' -bc it's much more likely to be a horse and not something rare like a zebra. Dr. Grover is a rarity in her field bc she cares about her patients, and seems obviously excited about medicine and problem solving. Where most doctors these days seem to be horses, (nothing special), Dr. Grover is obviously a Zebra, (something special).
