Dr. Caplan has great bedside manner and does a fine job of listening to all parent and patient input and with considering all available information before diagnosing and treating ailments. He also is great with discussing courses of action, and details about medications, dosages, expectations, and potentiai side effects, and with putting parent's concerns at ease.
