I recently had rotator cuff surgery and Dr. George did a great job reconnecting my torn tendon. Prior to surgery she didn't rush to recommend surgery but rather treated conservatively. She is thorough in explaining options and doesn't rush you--willing to answer all questions (and I'm the inquisitive type!). Although the surgery was successful, I had a hard time regaining full range of motion in physical therapy, just due to my body's healing process. 14 weeks after surgery she recommended a 2nd minor surgery, called a manipulation, which was done. It returned my arm to full motion range. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about your recovery and is empathetic, and knows her stuff, I highly recommend Dr. George. I hope I don't need any more surgeries but if I do and it's orthopedic, she's the surgeon I'd pick.
