Dr. Kathy and staff all have an excellent bedside manor and are extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the fertility treatment process. I called or asked questions on numerous occasions and everything was answered to my satisfaction. Dr. Kathy was very caring and kind when my first treatment was unsuccessful and her calm demeanor was especially comforting to help me move forward and try again. She took as long as needed during follow-up calls and I never felt rushed while at the clinic. Thank you Dr. Kathy! I cannot wait to meet bab girl.
