I am one of the nurses in St. Vincent. Dr. Frani is the only infectious disease doctor in Hot Springs Arkansas. He has been a great addition to the hospital and has brought about a direction in antibiotic use and infection control in the hospital that for years has been lacking. He is great with staff and patients. Everyone hope he stays here for a while. Him leaving would be a severe loss.
