I had a shoulder issue for years. Went to Dr.Pallai and she was very thorough and used the X-rays to explain my condition and how she would do a shoulder replacement.Answered all of my questions. That day she told me if you follow my protocols on rehabilitation you will be fine. Had the surgery and had slight pain the first day and none after that.No narcotics taken! Followed he protocol’s and my shoulder is fine with excellent movement.She is well respected by the Beebe hospital staff.She demands excellence of herself, her staff and the hospital.I also recommended my neighbor to her, who had a wrong diagnosis.The neighbor had surgery and had the same success I did.I am thankful to Dr.Pallai as she has given me a better future.If you are having as issue in her field of expertise, she is the surgeon to go to!!!!
