Dr. Tran is exceptional. He is very friendly, and his performance is superb. I had severe wax buildup. It was so serious that I could not hear out of one of my ears. This required very deep cleansing, at one point, near my eardrum. He removed everything, delicately and without pain. When all was done, I asked him to check both ears one more time just to be sure that everything was clear. He did so without hesitation. He gave me advice and shot me a follow up email to check in. Needless to say, Thank God for Dr. Tran.
