I cannot say enough about this doctor. He is attentive, focused, professional, and kind. He examined me for a pretty serious hernia and got me into surgery within a week. The surgery center he uses near PDX is uber professional, clean, and full of great staff. The entire experience was the best - and I have had a lot of surgeries :). I highly recommend Dr. Rubano.
