Dr Smart has been my Pulmonologist over 15 Years! He has moved to several different locations in that period of time, and I follow him wherever he goes. Dr Smart has ALWAYS been kind, pleasant and professional. He is very thorough and cares about his patient’s TOTAL being. He is always busy, but always takes time to listen and provide his patients with the best care possible. You can’t go wrong with this amazing physician…
