About Me

Care Philosophy
  • Dr. Neschis completed his surgical residency and vascular surgery fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.  He has been in practice in the University of Maryland system since July, 2000 where he has been instrumental in the development of the vascular surgery and endovascular program and has helped train over 50 vascular surgeons. While at the University of Maryland Medical Center he accumulated one of the largest experiences in the world in the field of minimally invasive repair of traumatic aortic injury.  Dr. Neschis currently serves as the Chair of the Surgical Performance Improvement Committee at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center.  He has over 20 years of experience in the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms, carotid artery disease, limb salvage surgery, and a wide variety of diseases involving the arterial and venous circulation.
