Is it okay to exercise during pregnancy? Yes. In fact, if a woman exercises during pregnancy, it can prevent excessive weight gain. It's preferable that normal weight women gain between 25 and 35 pounds during pregnancy. Overweight women gain 13-25 pounds and obese women gain from 11-20 pounds.

Exercise will help to keep them within these recommendations,. And this is good advice especially since already been around the circle a couple times. A few times.
