Ovarian cancer tends to present an advanced stage disease, stage three and stage four is more common than detecting it early. We're doing a lot to try to find ways to detect ovarian cancer early but because the warning signs are so subtle, we haven't been as successful. So yes most ovarian cancers are diagnosed advanced stage.
