It's a case by case basis. Patients again are individuals and we have to look very carefully at their cat scans we look at the findings of physical examination and put the information together along with again their past medical history and comorbidities to see if they could tolerate that type of surgery. We are becoming more more and more advanced in our skills as we move on and definitely more and more patients are being opened up to that opportunity of minimally invasive sidal[sp] reductive surgery.
