Eat Papayas for Younger-Looking Skin

Hi, Dr. Oz here with a sweet way to get younger looking skin. Add papayas to your diet. Research shows that eating less of carotenoid-rich food like papayas, helps boost your skin's defenses against sun's damaging rays. It is a delicious way to fight off wrinkles. In one study of people between the ages of 40 and 50, those with the highest levels of carotenoids had the smoothest, youngest looking complexions. Carotenoids are a family antioxidants that include beta-carotene, lycopene, lutein, and zeaxanthin. And carotenoids do more than just keep you looking young, they boost your immunity, and they're great for your heart and for your eyes too.
