Hi, I'm Dr. Miller with a delicious way to get softer skin. Add more mushrooms to your plate. Any type of mushrooms, portobello, cremini, white button, shiitake, oyster will help keep your skin soft, they are all rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish healthy skin. Mushrooms are loaded with an assortment of B vitamins, all of which support the metabolic process behind the growth of new skin cells.

Selenium is a mineral that shields newly formed skin cells from damage by chemical, inflammation, or too much time in the sun. That's great, because newbie skin cells are make your skin look soft and young. Copper is another nifty mineral for your skin, it's especially abundant in cremini mushroom. Copper helps your body manufacture antioxidants including those that mob up cellular byproducts in skin mitochondria.
