Hi, I'm Dr. Oz it seems like when our daughters are young we shouldn't have to worry about breast cancer, but research shows girls with excess weight an insulin resistance have much higher chance of developing breast cancer. Unfortunately more than 30% of kids are overweight, start your daughter on the right path to avoid breast cancer eliminate the five food verat, drinks, and foods with added sugar of syrups any grains except the 100% whole grains trans pass you'll mostly find them processed, and fast food.

Most search show up to three meals, and two snacks a day. Kids with steady supply of healthy food are change in fast food and stay trimmer. Make sure she gets plenty of Omega-3 fatty acids found in avocados, walnuts and canola oil, as well as Omega-9's in olive oil, and get her moving. Kids 6-17 need at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day.
