One of the biggest examples from research comes from the orange vegetables and we've said this before that women who eat orange things, the risk of breast cancer just palmist because of the Beta carotene but if you take Beta carotene and you take that for a long period of time.

When you take it everyday and then you compare that group of people with the group of people who have just eaten beta carotene from food it turns out that the beta carotene from pills isn't doing anything at all. There is no effect at all whereas getting your nutrients your beta carotene from your food is enormously beneficial.

So in this specific case the research data show clearly that the best source of your antioxidant beta carotene is from food.
