All orange and yellow foods are good for you because of the beta-carotene. When you look at those orange and yellow foods, you're looking at pumpkin, you're looking carrots, you're looking at squash and it just so happen that women who eat pumpkin, carrot and squash have much lower risks of getting breast cancer, and the reason is because of all those antioxidants and the antioxidants which come from the beta-carotene are the very things that help prevent that from happening.
