Hi, I'm Dr. Vonda Wright here with a simple tip to help you break down fat. Try standing more, one study found that when people sit around too much the enzymes that help you break down fat practically turn off, that's bad news for your waist and it can also mean trouble for your heart and arteries. The solution is to get up and move, pace back and fourth stand up and do whatever you can to move your legs.

Try this tips. Be a multi-tasker by turning your chores into exercise. Pick up the pace while you vacuum stand while you fold laundry, or chat on the phone another way to move off sitting is to bounce your knees or make your daily commuter work out, take public transportation it will mean more daily steps walking to and from the bus stops or train stations and stand up while you wait for bus and train.
